In the area of personal injury, the WLG handles matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, products liability, and other similar claims. In addition to litigation services in those and other areas, the WLG handles transactional matters and general business consulting.
Personal Attention
The Firm is dedicated to providing the personal attention and detail that each client and case needs and deserves. The Firm believes that constant communication with the client and continuous discussions of all options, goals, and desires helps achieve the best results and maximizes client satisfaction. In addition to taking cases to trial, the Firm believes that early settlement, including pre-litigation settlement, and the use of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, are excellent ways to achieve the most advantageous results. The bottom line is that no matter what your personal situation or your financial circumstances are, the WLG believes that you are entitled to superior legal services at reasonable prices. We look forward to working with you soon.
No Set Fee Structure
The Firm has no set fee structure, handling both hourly and contingency fee cases, as well as flat-fee arrangements. For hourly clients, whether you are a small business, individual, or Fortune 500 company, the WLG’s motto is why pay much more at a larger firm (i.e., $800 to $1,000/hr ) when you can get the same service from former big-firm lawyers for much less? The Firm does not believe in running up fees and costs, but rather our goal is to provide top-tier cost-effective representation and only perform tasks that add value to the case. Similarly, for contingency matters, the goal is to minimize costs and to maximize recovery for the client; the WLG wants to get you every penny you deserve.
