Read MoreI was referred to Mark by an attorney friend of mine for help collecting unpaid wages. It's never fun to have to hire a lawyer and spend money just to get what's rightfully owed to you for work you already did, but it happens. I was nervous about whether it would work, whether I'd picked the right attorney, etc., but as soon as Mark got going on the case, my concerns were alleviated. Right from the start, Mark was aggressive and put my former employer on notice that I wasn't going to wait to be paid anymore and that we'd fully assert my rights in court if necessary. He kept me updated constantly, responded to emails and calls right away, listened to and considered my input/concerns, and basically just did all the things good lawyers do. Within a short period of time, my employer had paid me back enough to cover Mark's fee, and now I have a signed settlement/confession of judgement that covers the money I was owed plus interest and the cost of Mark's fee that I can take into court and enforce if my old boss quits paying on schedule.
